Can I bring a carry-on, a laptop, and a purse onto the plane?
Does the laptop bag have to be in the carry-on? Also, what is considered a purse. I'm going overseas for a year and If I can get away with a beach tote bag I can definitely use the room.
Your laptop should be in one of your carry ons - you'll need to take it out for security screening, but after that you can put it back.
Your beach tote should be fine.
