I am a US citizen and traveling to and from China on business, the way back I will have a bag full of product?
like small electronics which are "sample" products that factories have given me to try out and not for resale. What do I say to customs? and do I do a check baggage or do I carry on? Do I need an invoice stating 0$ for sample?
It's always a good idea to have an invoice saying "sample, no commercial value". US customs is not very strict on such items. But if in doubt, declare it, they are very strict about not declaring stuff. After you declare it the reply will be most likely "thanks, no need, bye".
