I've seen designer purses that have the inside tag crossed off, why is this?
I've seen this on websites where they supposely sell "authentic" designer handbags. They show images of the bag's condition and then the inside tag is completely crossed off.
Why is that? Does it mean its a fake? Does it mean it is defected? If so, why would the designer want to sell defective bags?
I would appreciate a source.
