I have a person in my office who is having a problem with their signature showing as yellow instead of black..
The person is using Outlook XP with all the updates. His signature is simple but uses Black font. I tried to create a new signature and use that but when he goes to a new message, his signature shows as yellow instead of black.
When he replies to a message the signature shows correctly as being black, but not when he does a new message. I have tried to use the outlook switch /cleanviews and this did not fix the problem. The user is using Windows XP Home SP2.
This recently just starting occurring, I could recreate the profile but would rather not at this point. Seems to be something easy, but I don't know what else to try at this point.
Any help is appreciated.
I have checked and both are using the same signature file, thanks though.
In my Outlook, I go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, signatures. In that area you have to define the signature for both "replies" and "new mail". Each can be different. Give that a try. Good Luck!
