What should I get my dad for Christmas?

My dad is extremely difficult, every time I ask him what he wants he says a card, -____-. He is a big runner, coaches girls soccer, likes coffee, chocolate, and wine...which I can't buy cause I'm too young. Any ideas? Nothing like ipods or cameras or anything please, thanks!
