Im Looking for a website or phone number to order a tag for my coach purse?

my daughter lost my tag that belongs to my coach purse and i know that there is a phone number or a website i can go to to order it but i cant find it, i know they replace the tag for free and that is what i need.

You can either call Coach's 800# or email them. Once at the main Coach website scroll to the bottom and look for a customer service link once there find the ordering heading and click on "contact us" link. Tell them you need a replacement hangtag. You have to give them your serial # along wtih the color of the purse and if it is either nickel or brass hardware along with your shipping address. They will mail you one free of charge. Although from my experience you usually do not get the exact same one that you originally had if they can't match the color then they will send you either a nickel or brass one. You can also go to a Coach retail store and they usually have limited colors in stock, but almost always have either nickel or brass ones and they will give you one free. The store can also look through their ordering book and order one for you if they don't have any in stock and Coach will ship it to you for free. All you have to do is just bring the purse in.
